the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. the location was key - it was very close to transportation options and made getting around the city a breeze. they offered complimentary fruit each evening and the gym was top-notch.

Convenient dining options nearby, such as Butterfly Patisserie which is just a 10-minute walk from here. Makes for a great home base for a vacation. 🍽️

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. It was a huge advantage that most of them spoke English, making communication easy. Another positive aspect was the complimentary fruits that were provided every evening, a lovely touch. the gym facility was great and I took full advantage of it during my stay.
The executive floors made up for it with their luxurious and well-appointed rooms. Another downside was that the views of the harbor were slightly obstructed by the neighboring building, which was a shame.

The hotel's location is its best feature, with a pedestrian walkway that connects to the trainline and makes crossing the border to China easy. It is also close to the Star Ferry and all the attractions in TST. the staff are friendly and cooperative, and most of them speak English, making communication easy. the gym facilities are great and the room I stayed in was compact and pretty. the breakfast offered is delicious, and they even provide complimentary fruits in the evenings.
The rooms on the standard floors are described as dark and dingy, contrasting with the more deluxe rooms on the executive floors.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the private facilities provided an unparalleled luxury experience. Restaurant service was exemplary, as was the attentive staff. the location advantages, being close to the Star Ferry and various attractions, were very convenient.
The swimming pool was overcrowded, which detracted from the experience.
